Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or playing Bloxy: All-in-One Puzzle ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which constitute the End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and FoxyStudio ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not download or use the App. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. License to Use FoxyStudio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on any Apple-branded or Android device that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the app store from which you obtained the App. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the App.

3. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items The App offers one-time in-app purchases of virtual currency ("Diamonds") and other virtual items. Diamonds and virtual items are consumable, have no real-world or monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. FoxyStudio may manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual items at its sole discretion. All purchases are processed by your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Except as required by applicable law or the policies of your app store, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

4. Auto-Renewable Subscription (VIP Pass) The App offers an auto-renewable subscription called "VIP Pass". The following terms apply:

• Title: VIP Pass.
• Length: 1 month (monthly, auto-renewing).
• Price: The price is shown in the App at the point of purchase, in your local currency, before you confirm. Pricing is set per App Store / Google Play region.
• Benefits: Removal of advertisements and a recurring grant of 5,000 Diamonds each subscription month.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play) account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing & cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, at any time after purchase in your device's account settings — on iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the current period is not refunded.
• Free trial (if offered): Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

You can restore a previously purchased subscription on a new device or after reinstalling by tapping "Restore Purchases" in the store screen.

5. Code of Conduct You agree not to use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the game experience. FoxyStudio reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts found violating this rule.

6. Sign-In & Account Data You may play as a guest or secure your account by signing in with your Google or Apple account. Signing in limits the data we collect to your name and email address, and Sign in with Apple lets you keep your email address private. If you sign in, your game progress is automatically saved to the cloud (typically once a day when the App is closed or backgrounded). FoxyStudio is not liable for data loss caused by local device failures, unsynchronized sessions, or network issues before a successful cloud save occurs.

7. Advertising & Tracking Bloxy is supported by advertising and may display ads served by third-party providers, including Google AdMob. On iOS, you will be asked for permission (App Tracking Transparency) before any data is used to track you across apps for advertising; you may decline. Some ads are optional (for example, rewarded ads that grant Diamonds), while others may be shown during normal gameplay. Third-party ad providers process data under their own privacy policies.

8. Account & Data Deletion You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete My Account & Data. This action is irreversible: your account, diamonds, levels, scores, friends, and all other progress will be permanently removed from your device and from our servers and cannot be recovered. Deleting your account also revokes any linked Sign in with Apple authorization. If you are unable to use the in-app option, you may request deletion by contacting us at the email address below.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. FoxyStudio does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoxyStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, or virtual items, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Apple App Store — Additional Terms If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply and, in case of conflict with the sections above, prevail with respect to your use of the App on Apple devices:

• Acknowledgement: These Terms are concluded between you and FoxyStudio only, and not with Apple. FoxyStudio, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• Scope of License: The license granted is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Maintenance and Support: FoxyStudio is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services.
• Warranty: FoxyStudio is solely responsible for any product warranties. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
• Product Claims: FoxyStudio, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
• Intellectual Property: In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, FoxyStudio, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting," and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third-Party Terms: You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App.
• Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
• Developer Contact: Any questions, complaints, or claims regarding the App should be directed to FoxyStudio at foxystudioapp@gmail.com.

12. Changes to These Terms FoxyStudio may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Please review this page periodically for updates.
